Receiving

Warehouse area will received mother coil from supplier and must together received as below:

• Do with material spec
• Mill certificate
• Weight/kg confirmation

Incoming Inspection

QA/QC inspector will confirmed incoming material follow the do specification as below:

• Material spec
• Material thickness
• Material width

Set Up Coil

Before slitting process, coil must be properly set up at machine as per picture.

Set Up Slitting Evaluation

Set up the width material as per customer requirement with used as below tools:

• Gauge width
• Chamber
• Coil set

Inprocess Inspection

Before the machine run progressive QA/QC will check all slitting material must follow width as per customer requirement.

Packaging

After finish the slitting, operator will take out the material ffrom machine and wrapping the material as per picture.

Weighing Process

Every coil must do weighing process before do labeling as per picture.

Storage/Warehouse

Material after finish process must put at warehouse as per picture and must clear with indication:

• Material specification
• Material thickness and width
• Material weight/kg
